Marisa Bellisario Foundation, in cooperation with Intesa Sanpaolo Group, has set up the award “Women Value Company 2017 – Intesa Sanpaolo”: a new acknowledgment reserved to small and medium-sized businesses companies stood out in the field of gender equality by implementing innovative policies and strategies, to ensure equal opportunities for men and women and career recognition.
600 is the number of selected companies based all over Italy were during five events and 110 companies were proclaimed finalists. We are very proud and pleased to be among them and last May 25th, in Naples, at Zevallos Stigliano Palace was held the penultimate proclamation stage of the finalists where our managing director Cinizia Casoni has obtained the special recognition for Tema Sistemi engagement in the Field of Gender Equality.
During the important event, the managing director, has been selected to share her most virtuous experiences.
Next June 16th, during the XXIX edition of Bellisario Award “Women at high altitude” will be held in Rome, we and the other 109 companies will find out the two winning companies.
