ASN (Atomized Smart Nozzle) is the new water mist nozzle from Aquatech® series designed and manufactured by Tema Sistemi SpA to protect valuable naval and land environments.
It’s a nozzle with increased technology, intelligent, elegant and easy to install and maintain.
Thanks to the Aquatech® system, it quickly extinguishes fires by producing a fine directional mist.

Water micro-drops delivered at high pressure perform the triple action of cooling, oxygen reduction and radiant heat attenuation.
ASN is a 100% eco-friendly solution and offers a higher level of suppression than traditional systems, drastically reducing water consumption, damage to the environment and restoration time.
The nozzle is MED certified.

SMART

ASN has been designed with the unique “smart activation” technology.
This is a highly innovative system that prevents the spread of flames: once the first nozzle is activated, the adjacent nozzles can be programmed and activated automatically to contain the fire by means of sophisticated electronic management.
In this sense, ASN nozzle introduces a new concept in fire prevention: it’s no longer the system that activates following the spread of flames, but the system itself prevents the spread of flames as it anticipates the thermal activation of the nozzles in a “smart” way.
In fact, ASN is the only water mist nozzle with a bulb on the market that can be activated either by raising the temperature or automatically with electronic control.
Thanks to the electronic control, the nozzles concerned intervene promptly on the flames even before they reach the temperature at which the bulb breaks. In this way, control and extinguishing times are further reduced and the probability of fire spreading is reduced to zero.

ELEGANT

ASN perfectly blends into the design of the environment in which it is installed, ensuring zero architectural impact.
It is a “pop-up” nozzle, completely recessed into the ceiling, which only appears in the event of a fire, leaving unchanged the design of the room in which it is installed.

EXTREMELY EASY MAINTENANCE

The Research & Development department has designed and developed a test tool to check ASN operation quickly and easily, without having to disassemble the nozzle.
Simply insert the tool into the nozzle, unscrew it by half a turn and immediately check that water is flowing out.
In just a few seconds, the maintenance work is done, saving personnel costs and reducing the time needed for restoration.
